Giant Birch Tree - Beaver Island, Michigan
Just a short drive from town, this may be the biggest birch tree in Michigan. It is certainly a Champion Tree contender. Many of the destinations on the island are in the wilderness on dirt roads or 2 track trails. Your getaway will be more enjoyable if you are prepared for the wilds of Michigan.
